Our first contribution is a recipe from Fred Thomsen, who was born in Denmark.
Fred moved to Canada in 1951 and met his wife Kathleen there. They came to Eugene in
1960 to visit their friends and ended up staying. You will find Fred’s favorite recipe at
the popular Junction City Scandinavian Festival:
